Last week, on a beautiful, early Spring late afternoon/early evening, I got to photograph Wendy, Tom and their 3 kids: Teddy, Sammy and Danny (you think you’re confused?!) So, they loaded up the mini van, I loaded up the car and off we went to play.

Like most dads I photograph, Tom is a professional model:} Well, not full time anymore, but he was, you know, back in the day. You can just tell. The way he looks. The way he moves.  This guy was born to be in front of the camera. All it took was a few “you the man Tom” and it was on. Blue Steel baby.

Anyway, Tom needed a little “me” time, a 25,000 thread count towel and a hair/makeup break, so we took some of the kids without mom and dad. After Tom finished pouting, we let the boys splash mom and dad, but mom, like any good mom, took off for dry land and left Tom to do battle on his own.
I think the boys won.

We all got a bit wet, had a blast and created some great family art.
